Kanye West is still an Idiot

He’s whining again, and no, this time it’s not about George W. Bush “not caring about black people.” This time it’s about why his album should be #1 and nominated for a Grammy. He’s decided to spout off about it early, though, as if it was a campaign.

To Kanye: If you need to proclaim that you’re “gonna really have a problem with that” [on his record not being #1 Album of the Year], you’re “gonna have a problem.” No artist should have to market and essentially threaten listeners and viewers who SUPPORT you in order to get their album #1 rights. As of matter of fact, it’s probably best that your album doesn’t get number 1 simply because you’re an idiot and begging for it. A true artist doesn’t need to beg for his/her album to hit number 1 status. That’s determined solely by the listeners and in turn, your supporters!

He goes on to talk about not being politically incorrect (too bad that’s not a synonym for uneducated idiot because I’d have to disagree with that) and rambling on as he tends to do, piecing together sentences worse than George W. Bush. But let’s not make this political. Let’s make this about how much of an idiot Kanye West truly is. Want proof? Try to understand his speech backstage with MTV.
