Hey Ryan,

You brought up some great points that I had not thought of. One other thing should be noted as well.

Designing a site entirely in flash completely irritates people who do not have a high speed connection. Now granted, I have onw, but there are still many who do not, for whatever reason.

Sure, the site looks pretty, and its great that they finally caught up to the fan sites in providing information on what is currently playing, but perhaps they should work first on keeping programming times current before they make the site pretty.

I know that your on your way out of the XM nation, and frankly, had I had your experiences so would I. But I do have a Windows box, and some of the issues you have had did not impact me. I personally enjoy XM better than Sirius (although I did give them a try online about a month ago), but my patience with them is also wearing thin. For one, the sound quality has taken a dump this past year. Another is the whole CC lie they told us, and lastly they have tightened up their playlists on many chnanels.
