Yesterday, I graduated (officially) from the University of Delaware. Commencement was held at 10:20AM and lasted for about two hours. It was pretty neat and short enough that people weren’t getting antsy, granted only winter and summer graduates attended so it was significantly less than that of a spring graduation.

To add to that, I had an interview on Thursday. I knew the company had a good reputation with UD and I was considering applying to them (they asked me to apply first actually, which was a welcome invitation!) and when I did, they immediately set up an interview. After the interview, I found out I was hired which was a great surprise to me (not that I had doubts of meeting the requirements and standards but just the fact that it was all so quick)!

So everything is falling into place now and it’s great! Not much else to say really, other than my graduation party was today and I received a LOT of money from it, which will be used for a down payment on a car to get to and from work. So yeah, things are definitely going well.
